Marketing Project Manager Position Overview:

Join our innovative, American-based marketing agency as a remote Marketing Project Manager. You will lead and execute marketing strategies for clients in the AI, Augmented Reality, and Aerospace Engineering industries, with a strong focus on project management and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
  • Develop data-driven marketing strategies utilizing AI tools.
  • Oversee brand re-designs, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Define and track key performance metrics; analyze and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction through regular virtual meetings and transparent communication.
  • Conduct strategic planning sessions with clients to tailor marketing solutions.
  • Effectively direct the work of multi-disciplinary client teams, which may include marketing, sales, and technical experts.
  • Event Marketing & Booth Design:
  • Design and manage innovative booth experiences, incorporating AR and AI elements where applicable.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including shipping coordination (inbound/outbound freight, Bill of Landing tracking) for booth properties and collateral.
  • Liaise with event organizers, venue services, and third-party vendors (e.g., AV, furniture rental, labor unions/show services) to order necessary services like power, internet, lead scanning, and material handling.
  • Oversee booth setup and dismantle processes, potentially including managing on-site labor and ensuring adherence to timelines and venue regulations.
  • Handle procurement and delivery of event-specific materials, such as printed collateral (flyers, white papers), promotional items, and potentially technology rentals, coordinating deliveries to venues or hotels.
  • Coordinate all logistics and materials for events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Content Development:
  • Lead the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brand videos, social media posts, marketing imagery, and promotional flyers/collateral.
  • Oversee the production process, from ideation to final delivery, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Project Management:
  • Create and maintain project schedules, action trackers, issue logs, progress reports, and other project documents.
  • Use tools like ClickUp to manage projects, track progress, and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Drive internal and external activities needed to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate and lead status calls and executive status meetings.
  • Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Prevent or minimize delays by keeping all stakeholders informed of progress
  • Identify and manage project risks
  • Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with event-related vendors (printers, booth builders, shippers, tech suppliers).
  • Manage budgeted hours at the task and resource level on a daily basis.
  • Track and manage event-specific budgets and expenses against approved funding.
  • Control project scope with an effective change management process.
  • Escalate issues internally and externally proactively as needed.
  • Conduct post-event debriefs to assess success, identify areas for improvement, including lead analysis support and ROI assessment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on project management and client relations.
  • Comfortable talking to American clients in English via video conferencing.
  • Proven experience managing projects with successful outcomes.
  • Experience with trade show logistics and managing event vendors
  • Proficiency in current leading marketing tools, including: HubSpot, Pardot, Asana, Monday.com, Canva, ClickUp, and Zoom
  • Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google G Suite.
  • Familiarity with online print ordering
  • Ability to type at least 60 words per minute (this will be verified)
